Provider Report

The provider adherence report may be printed as soon as the patient assessment is complete. It will alert the provider to possible adherence issues.

The report draws from patient information stored within the system as well as patient responses to the A-CASI. The patient's current medication regimen, and lab test results are included on the report.

Non-adherent patients' primary reason for missing doses triggers the "you can help by..." provider messages.

  • Providing resources (Would you like to meet with someone who could give you some tips and hints about remembering your medications?)
  • Reviewing reminder strategies and devices (How do you organize your pills? What do you do to remember to take them?)
